Enjoy the amenities, including a backyard with string lights, an AZ Room with boho/zen vibes, a pool (unheated), hot tub, Jenga, games, and a Giant Connect 4. Entertainment: Enjoy YouTube TV on all TVs for live channels and a cable-like experience. Feel free to download other Smart Apps, but personal logins are required for services like Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Prime Video, etc. PPV channels are not available. 1. Parking: Garage, driveway, and street parking are allowed. Please limit the number of cars to a maximum of 3 unless approved prior to your stay. 2. Transportation: You are welcome to drive your own car with garage and driveway access. Lyft and Uber are also available, and bicycles are provided for your convenience. 3. Nearby Attractions: Explore Scottsdale's vibrant offerings, including restaurants, malls, shops, and the airport. A beautiful park within a mile offers a serene natural retreat. Communication: For any inquiries or assistance, please contact us through the booking app for timely responses. Scottsdale has so many things to do! Beautiful and safe neighborhood with an amazing park within a mile away to enjoy nature. Restaurants, malls, shops, Tempe and the airport are all really close by. Uber and Lyft can get around by bike if you have one. Please take a moment to review the following important guidelines: - No Large Gatherings or Parties: To comply with City and State regulations and to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood, we strictly prohibit any large gatherings or parties. Unauthorized vehicles or guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a complete ban from our booking channel. - We’ve partnered with Truvi / Know Your Guest to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, while also complying with Arizona law. Rest assured, your data is handled securely with them. Before your stay, please complete a quick verification and choose one of the following options: a) Damage Waiver (non-refundable): $25 + transaction fee. b) Security Deposit (refundable): $200 + transaction fee (refund processing takes 5–10 business days). While these options provide added peace of mind, we kindly ask that you care for the property as if it were your own. Leaving excessive trash or causing avoidable damage is discouraged to avoid any additional fee and maintain a welcoming space for everyone. - To prevent inconvenience and potential damage, please avoid using both washers simultaneously to minimize the risk of leaks and ensure proper appliance functioning. Your understanding and cooperation in maintaining facility quality are valued. Our main home has central Air HVAC system. Casita has 2 ton mini split system for heating and cooling.
