All about this stylish home in the heart of Scottsdale! - 4 BR / 2.5 bath home in North Scottsdale - Heated pool & Above ground Hot Tub (for a fee) - Outdoor Gazebo w/ netting - Outdoor TV and Games This is an entire home for your and your guests.... We can service our guest the quickest via the Airbnb app. ************************************** NOTICE TO POTENTIAL GUEST/S ************************************** - To comply with City and State regulations & to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood we do NOT allow any large gatherings or Parties. (Any unauthorized/unregistered vehicles or guests equates to immediate eviction with no refund & complete banning from booking channel. - We are committed to abiding by all state, county and city rules and regulations as well as protecting our properties. We've partnered with "Know Your Guest" (Superhog) the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. - Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest and you will be receiving a message and/or email from (Know Your Guest aka Superhog). - You will then be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit $200 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver $25. - In compliance to City and State regulations and to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood we do NOT allow any large gatherings or Parties. (Any unauthorized/unregistered vehicles or guests equates to immediate eviction with no refund of stay and complete banning from booking channel where they completed reservation. (see house rules for more information) - Security Cameras, Noise aware sensors and valid neighbor noise complaints can be used against the booking individual and will lead to immediate eviction with NO REFUND and would be banned from Channel where booking was made. - A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically; however, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it. We personally like to go here and the exchange of a tank is about $14. Firewood for the fire pit falls under the same guidelines. - Pool Heating is $100 per night (entire reservation) - Please do NOT remove the vacuum from the pool as it will damage the pool pump, and if replacement is needed, it will fall on guest. - Please read our house rules and reminders.
