Book now for a memorable and comfortable stay! - LIVING ROOM - spacious enough for 6 people. - BEDS - the villa features a spacious queen bed, queen sofa bed, and a full pull-out bed, providing ample room for up to 6 guests. - KITCHEN - fully equipped kitchen for your delicious meals. - BATHROOM - clean and cozy for your stay. - This unit is separate from the main building and is in the basement. You will have to go down several steps to get to Unit # 10. - There is NO elevator. Stairs ONLY. - PARKING: Street parking only. Street parking is available, please keep in mind that parking spots may be limited in the downtown area. Our neighbor has a few parking spots available and offers a permit for just $10 a day. Please let us know in advance of your arrival. - Apartments will be similarly decorated. Colors for curtains and sofas may be different. - FIREPLACE - Please do NOT use it for safety purposes. -PETS - We welcome your furry friend with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds. Fee will apply for any damage, repairs or replacements. - Working remotely? No problem! There is a DEDICATED WORKSPACE for you! This unit is separate from the main building and is in the basement. You will have to go down several steps to get to Unit # 10. You can access the whole unit. You can also park in the surrounding area. * By public transportation: The nearest light rail station is the Central Avenue & Van Buren Street Station, which is located about 0.7 miles from the property. From there, you can walk, take a taxi, or use a ride-sharing service to reach the address. * By taxi or ride-sharing service: You can use a taxi or ride-sharing service such as Uber or Lyft to reach the property directly. We make every effort to comply with the evolving city, state, and county regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone that is why we are partnered with "Know Your Guest," also known as "Superhog," the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Before booking, you will need to verify your details with Know Your Guest and pay a refundable security deposit of $150 or purchase a damage waiver of $20.
