You must go up a few steps to reach the units on the first floor and another 17 steps to reach the second floor. - There is NO elevator. Stairs ONLY. You must go up a few steps to reach the units on the first floor and another 17 steps to reach the second floor. - PARKING: Street parking only. Street parking is available, please keep in mind that parking spots may be limited in the downtown area. Our neighbor has a few parking spots available and offers a permit for just $10 a day. Please let us know in advance of your arrival. - Apartments will be similarly decorated. Colors for curtains and sofas may be different. - For the pull-out queen bed: Get the mattress cover from the closet and place it on the sofa bed. The rest of the linens are in the closet. Guest can use them. - FIREPLACE: Please do NOT use it for safety purposes. - PETS: We welcome your furry friend with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds.
