Lost/Stolen/Damaged packages are responsible of the sender. • Pets upon approval with fee applied • The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation. • Per City of Scottsdale, maximum occupancy may consist of 6 adults and their dependent children sleeping up to the maximum capacity of our home. Other Information: • $75 pet fee/dog. We ask that all doggy doo be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking. • ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomes approval you may be subject to a fine. • No Cats Preferred • You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomes. • A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24-48 hours prior to your check in time via email. • We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors • IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement. • Transaction and damage waiver fees are non-refundable • We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. • Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge.
