To be paid separately after booking. • ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomesAZ approval you may be subject to a fine. • No Cats Preferred • You will have the whole townhome to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomesAZ. • A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in time via email. • Uber & Lyft are easily accessible in our area for ease of transportation • We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each townhome. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors • IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement. • Transaction and damage waiver fees are non-refundable • We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. • Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge.
