You'll be able to enjoy watching the sunset and sunrise over the mountains. Awesome walking trails on the Hayden Greenbelt! Heated community pool w/ lap lanes and a spa. Walking into the condo, you'll be delighted with its "light and bright" welcoming appeal. Open concept dining room and living room. Sitting on the large sectional sofa, you'll be able to see the golf course and mountain views. There is a 55" TV w/ Cox cable and streaming capabilities, mounted on the living room wall. Dining table seats up to 8 people with an insertable leaf. The balcony off the living room has a glass table with 4 wicker chairs and an additional siting area w/ two chairs off the master bedroom. The balcony has absolutely, exceptional views. The kitchen is separate from the living area. The kitchen has off-white cabinets, white appliances, dark counter tops and a distressed wood flooring. The master bedroom has a wooden king sized bed, nightstands, dresser w/ mirror, sitting chair and a mounted 40" TV. The master bedroom has an attached master bathroom that includes a single-sink vanity, tub/shower combo, and dual-closets. The master bedroom has a private balcony entrance and views of the mountains. The second bedroom has a wooden queen-sized bed, night stands and a desk and chair workspace. The third bedroom has two twin-sized beds with a nightstand and sitting chair. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.)
