Ideal for short or extended stays! space In the heart of Shorecrest 5 miles to Wynwood Walls 5 miles to Miami Design District 8 miles to Downtown Miami 7 miles to Miami Beach Close to pristine beaches, dynamic atmospheres, and rich cultural traditions CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT After 4 PM Check-out A serene space with a plush queen-sized bed for a restful sleep, en-suite bathroom, and ample closet space. Sleeps two people. KITCHEN A welcoming area with a cozy sofa and TV. Perfect for a movie night in. Ample seating for everyone. PARKING Package delivery to the door; guests are responsible for package retrieval and lost packages. PROVISIONS Washcloths and kitchen towels not included. GUEST SCREENING We adhere to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Please note that the property has a groundskeeper that may access the pool for service, landscaping and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds. EXTRAS Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. There is a small studio ancillary unit that is rented to a long term tenant, this unit shares the washer and dryer amenity with the main house. Please do not disturb the tenant. CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY Full access to the entire home. * You will be given the check in instructions the morning of your arrival, and the check out instructions 24 hrs. prior to your departure. neighborhood Since we value privacy on our own travels, we generally give guests lots of space. But we're nearby and happy to help. We also offer full service concierge to our guests, should they need to book reservations, an in house massage, chef, boat or more. transit Quiet hours after 10 PM. Primary guest booking must be at least 21 years of age. All guests must be registered with the Host.
