It features its very own private pool which is great for relaxing i...n the Florida sunshine. Located in the Storey Lake Resort in Kissimmee Florida is a beautiful community with gated access. Onsite amenities in the community include: · Fitness center · Splash park · Lazy river · Sports court · Lakeside dock where kayak rentals are available for guests throughout their stay The area’s best theme parks including Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, and Disney World are just a 20 minute drive. The Space This modern and spacious 4 bedroom townhouse is the perfect getaway to create new memories with your family and friends. This beautiful vacation home in Kissimmee accommodates 10 people comfortably. We have provided a "home away from home" for all of our guests to have the magical Orlando experience. Featuring four bedrooms each with their own flat-screen TV, everyone in the family can relax after spending the day in the hot Florida sun. This luxurious townhouse has one king bedroom downstairs with a shared full size bathroom for all to use. Upstairs there is another king bedroom with its own private king bathroom. There is also a room with two full-sized beds and another room with a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. A large fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and full-size stainless steel appliances awaits you. Save money with home-cooked meals without having to go through the hassle of finding a restaurant everyone likes. Tired of crowded resort pools? Worry no more! Our home has its very own private splash pool waiting for you. After a long day of shopping and theme parks there is no better way to unwind and relax. Guest Access As our guest you will have full use and access to all amenities at Storey Lake Resort. Storey Lake Resort has a massive community pool area that welcomes all permanent and temporary residents. Enjoy a day at this state of the art pool with built in lazy river and splash park. Feeling adventurous? Rent kayaks and catch the beautiful sunset among the lake and beautiful Florida nature.! Storey Lake Resort also has an incredible fitness center and even an outdoor sports court so you can stay active while away. Other Things to Note Storey Lake Resort has a security gate. Please have your "welcome packet" printed or on your phone when you arrive. Security staff will print you a voucher to scan to get back into the resort. Interaction with Guests This home is self-check in. There is no "lobby" or anyone to greet you. Guests receive a personalized code for the door and alarm. As the property owner, I live in the area and I am available whenever needed. You may call or text me if you have any issues. Our private pool can be heated upon request for $35 a day and has to be on for the duration of your stay. The pool heating fee can be collected before arrival. Please request this before your arrival. It does take up to 24-48 hours to heat so I cannot guarantee the pool will be heated if it is not requested prior to your arrival. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement via DocuSign before checking in, this information is sent over outside of any platform and must be sent to your email. As our guest you will have full use and access to all amenities at Storey Lake Resort. Storey Lake Resort has a massive community pool area that is out of this world. The Neighborhood Our location is close to everything there is to do in Orlando, especially when it comes to the world of food and entertainment. Storey Lake Resort is safe, welcoming, and family-friendly. Staying here, you’re just a short drive from Universal Orlando, Disney Springs, and more. The Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets are less than a 15-minute drive from the home. Here you’ll find spectacular outlet shopping with high-end brands and stores you’d find in most shopping malls. All Disney theme parks and all Universal theme parks are less than 15 minutes from the property.
