We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors -Please note there are 4 exterior facing cameras and 1 video doorbell on the side of the houses. -Parking in driveway for 2 car max. -No overnight street parking allowed. $150 fine per the HOA! We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
