Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys and call outs to unlock the door, so please be careful with them. AMENITIES There is no oven in the kitchen, however a microwave and electric hobs are available for your use. ACCESS Locate on the second floor, step access only. House Rules: It would be great if you could observe the house rules. There is strictly no party policy in place as there are other residents in the block.
