An extra fee is incurred for pets that have been approved. PLEASE be considerate of your neighbors. No parties! Please make sure to turn off any electronic devices, lights, and AC when leaving the apartment. Urban Furnished will not enter your apartment without your consent without reasonable cause (such as leak, fire, etc.). Urban Furnished will NOT be responsible for any lost or stolen items. There is a $50 replacement fee for any lost keys. Any damages will be deducted from your security deposit.
