A generous dining room invites shared meals, and with two gas grills—one poolside and the other on the third level near the kitchen—outdoor cooking becomes a breeze. This home is laden with amenities that will make you feel at home away from home. On the first floor, discover two bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds (three twins and one queen) and a sleeper sofa. The second floor features two bedrooms with queen beds and the master bedroom with a king bed. Lastly, a fourth-floor "escape" room with a large deck and a fantastic view can serve as an office or an additional guest bedroom. Access a large garage filled with various beach items for your enjoyment during your stay. The house boasts eight flat-screen TVs, DVD players, a billiard table, a Foosball table, games, books, and more, ensuring there's never a dull moment. City health regulations stipulate an occupancy limit of three persons per bedroom, emphasizing the flexibility of bedding configurations for optimal sleeping arrangements. The linens are included, with fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed, along with a towel set for each guest—comprising one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth.
