If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before your check-in you will receive a 50% refund (minus the service fee). No refund will be issued if you cancel within 30 days of your check-in. If beautiful views and access to a great beach are priorities in your Maui agenda, this newly furnished and well-appointed condo is the perfect base for your adventure. “Kam III” beach is a protected, warm-water swimming and snorkeling paradise, with a vibrant reef and a known hangout for algae-munching sea turtles. Hike a couple hundred yards South, and you will access Keawakapu Beach, the gateway to the Wailea resorts. Everything is fresh, new, and high-end. A completely new kitchen was equipped to prepare and serve your island feast, with help from the gas grill below. Coffee maker, blender, and other small appliances are included. Upscale tropical furnishings create a luxurious and comfortable seating area, and the condo hosts six comfortably. Premium cable and lightning-fast Wi-Fi are included. Free assigned parking is convenient to the elevator. The air-conditioned master bedroom features a king size bed. The second bedroom, which is also air-conditioned, features two twin beds that can be converted to a king (shown in the listing photos). A new queen-sized sleeper sofa provides accommodations for additional guests. Both bathrooms have been updated with tiled shower/tubs. There is not an AC unit in the living room area. There are a dozen restaurants within a few blocks, and three of Maui's incredible postcard beaches (Kamaole II, Kamaole III and amazing Keawakapu) are close by. You'll find great snorkeling steps from the unit. Rent paddleboards, kayaks and surfboards close by. The property features a sparkling pool, visible from the unit lanai, an elevator, and free parking. We are one of the island's top management companies and are close by to respond to any guest needs. Along with gas grills, the property features a nice pool for your enjoyment. This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time.
