Bohicket Marina, outside the gates of Seabrook Island, features over 200 boat slips, restaurants, and shops. There are kayak tours, boating charters, and bike rentals nearby. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 3 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) must be gas powered and count towards the 3 vehicle maximum. CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.
