Lost/Stolen/Damaged packages are responsible of the sender. • Pets upon approval with fee applied • The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation. • Per City of Scottsdale, maximum occupancy may consist of 6 adults and their dependent children sleeping up to the maximum capacity of our home. Other Information: NO PETS ALLOWED • ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomesAZ approval you may be subject to a fine. • You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomesAZ. • A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in time via email. • We recommend renting a fleet car, but Uber & Lyft may be accessible in our area. • We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors • IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement. • We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. • Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required. • ***RENTAL CONTRACT: A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
