The guest has access to a few amenities at the Resort. There is a game room under the garage that is for House use as part of the house amenities. Guests please use the driveway and street to park. There is a tenant living in the garage room above the stairs and they use the back sidewalk as well. The trash cans are shared and they are in the back of the house. Important Note: There is a studio that is detached from the house on top of the garage. There is a separate code to access the unit. It's totally separate from the house and entrance is from the back. ** BBQ GRILL*** Small charcoal grill provided free of charge. If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost) ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request.
