This beautifully appointed suite features 900 sq. ft. of interior living space plus a stunning 450 sq. ft. private garden terrace—complete with landscaping and a BBQ, ideal for relaxing evenings with a glass of wine or a refreshing beverage. Step inside to find a contemporary open-concept design adorned with high-end appliances and granite countertops, enhanced by a kitchen island. The living area, designed for comfort, includes a stylish leather sofa and a smart TV, creating the ideal space for relaxation. The elegant bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a queen-size bed, ample closet space and also a smart TV. The luxurious ensuite includes a deep soaker tub, separate shower and a double sink vanity. The suite is complemented by a dedicated office/den with a desk which makes it convenient to work remotely. Please note: The patio fire pit shown in some photos in the listing is no longer in use. The suite is located on the same floor as the building's seasonal outdoor pool, a perfect spot to unwind during Victoria's warm summer days. Additional amenities include: fitness gym, poolside lounge area and hot tub, shower & change room. Swimming pool & hot tub are processed through a water filter system, tested daily & conforms with the Health Act. The pool area is seasonal and has usage hours that vary season to season. Construction is on-going on a construction site located next to the Falls building. This may result in some inconvenience caused by construction noise during normal working hours. The location is nearby all of Victoria's best attractions. Walk to Beacon Hill Park or take a stroll to the Inner Harbour and enjoy the street performers. The world renowned Royal British Columbia Museum and IMAX Theatre is two blocks away and right next to the legislature buildings of British Columbia. Take a whale watching tour, a scenic sailboat ride, a harbour ferry, or a fishing charter. Indulge in one of the Historic Walking Tours, some ghostly, some not; or perhaps a carriage ride. Take a bus tour to Butchart Gardens or visit The Victoria Bug Zoo. All of this is within a 5-minute walk from your front door and there is so much more to do within a 20-minute walking radius. You will be busy while you are here in order to experience all of the "must do" things Victoria has to offer. Local public transportation is at your door step. Getting here, or going back, the BC Ferries Connector bus service, providing service to The Gulf Islands, Vancouver and the Lower Mainland is just one block away. The Victoria Airport is 30 minutes away with convenient shuttle service (YYJ Shuttle) available, also just one block away. The Coho Ferry to Washington State leaves from the Inner Harbour. The float planes fly daily straight out of The Inner Harbour traveling to Seattle and Vancouver. The Victoria Clipper passenger-only-ferry sails into downtown Seattle and offers ground transport shuttles to other destinations in Seattle, such as the airport. Hotel Rules: MINIMUM STAY: This unit requires a minimum stay of 3 days. MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25. REGISTRATION: To comply with the Hotel Guest Registration Act all guests must complete an online guest registration form prior to check-in. In addition, you will be requested to sign our guest agreement, a link of which will be sent to your email address upon making the reservation. The guest agreement includes the hotel rules. CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and parking garage. PARKING: You may park in your designated parking space only (one parking spot is included with your hotel accommodation). You will be informed about your designated parking spot upon check-in. All other spaces are reserved and vehicles parked in the wrong spot are subject to being towed at the owner's expense. GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'8" (2.03 m). MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. BICYCLE STORAGE: There are multiple bicycle storage rooms but space is on a first come first served basis. Be sure to bring your own cable and lock. Please let Victoria Prime know when you are bringing bikes. The Falls building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such. NO SMOKING: There is to be no smoking, vaping or burning incense in the unit, on the balcony, or anywhere else in the complex (inside or out). There will be a $400 cleaning charge deducted from the security deposit for anyone violating this rule. NO PARTIES: There are to be no parties. To avoid parties the guests' names are to be provided at the time of booking and only these booked guests are allowed on the property, unless a written exception is granted by the host. The booked guests are not permitted to invite their friends or others onto the property without this written permission. QUIET TIME: You are required to be quiet and not make excessive noises between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. BUILDING SECURITY: Do not allow anyone you don't know to follow you into the building or parking garage. All strangers must have their own key fob to enter. BE TIDY: Do not litter or create a mess in the lobby, hallways, elevators or other common areas. Trash is to be placed in the garbage room in the containers provided. BE NICE: You must not disturb or harass the permanent residents or other guests in the complex and you must be courteous and respectful to them at all times. Foul language and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. BUILDING RULES: The building management is very particular and the building complex rules are strictly enforced. You must obey all of these rules, including the pool rules, and all Strata Bylaws of the complex, or you could be subject to a $200 fine and/or the immediate termination of your rights to be in the building. YOU ARE A GUEST: You are not a tenant or resident; you are a guest. Guests are not permitted to move furniture, bicycles or similar large items into or out of the unit. The hotel staff are not excluded from possession and may enter to clean, inspect and repair the premises, or to ensure compliance with the rules. The legal right to stay in the unit terminates immediately if any rules have been violated. BUILDING AMENITIES: Building amenities as advertised may not be open due to operational constraints. If the advertised amenities are important to you, please inquire about their availability before making the reservation.
