This Astoria condo is within a 5-minute walk of Victoria's premier tourist attractions including the BC Legislature, ...the Royal British Columbia Museum, the Royal Theatre, and the Fairmont Empress Hotel. The Inner Harbour is home to fascinating street entertainment, whale watching and sailing tours and Victoria's famous harbour ferries, or as the locals call them, Pickle Boats. Victoria has a vibrant food scene where local farms, orchards, fishermen and vineyards supply the best raw material and inspiration. Whatever your dining pleasure you will find a restaurant or pub to fit the bill steps from the Astoria Cityscapes. The sports enthusiast will enjoy running through Beacon Hill Park, kayaking or paddle boarding the inner harbour and gorge waterway and cycling along the Galloping Goose Trail. This lovely sub penthouse suite is located on the 19th floor of the upscale Astoria building. There is a dedicated underground parking space, fully equipped gym and private lounge for residents and guests. All entrances are secure, with video surveillance and controlled access to each floor. The condo is newly outfitted with modern, comfortable furnishings. There are two Smart TVs in the suite, one in the living room and one in the main bedroom. Each are Netflix accessible with your own login. The main bedroom has a much sought after King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen. The kitchen is complete with a full-size fridge and all the supplies needed to cook a gourmet meal. Enjoy your morning coffee or cook your locally purchased steak and seafood on the electric BBQ on the NE facing balcony. Also included are wireless internet and in suite washer and dryer. The suite is stocked with a start up supply of everything you need to enjoy your stay, from bathroom amenities to laundry soap. For those staying with us for a longer period of time you will likely need to replenish what you require. This suite has available a portable 1400 BTU air conditioning unit, to help with our high temperature days. Approximate size: 865 Sq. Ft. Astoria unit has a bike rack at the back of its parking spot, with room for two or three bikes. Your own cable and lock are required. Please advise our representative if you are bringing bikes. If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit. You may also rent bikes while you are here. Many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored on their premises at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere.
