This self-contained one-bedroom suite is truly a home away from home, located only a short walk to Cook Street Village and one block away from Beacon Hill Park. The suite is part of a duplex home which also accommodates a 2-bedroom unit and has a se...parate private entrance through the front door and hallway. The accommodation offers a kitchen serving also as a living area, a generous bedroom with queen size bed and a recently refurbished bathroom which includes a new washer and dryer. Approximately 450 Sq. ft. Important Notes: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in starts at 4 pm P.S.T. There is no parking spot assigned to this rental unit. But residential street parking is available. Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere.
