Situated in the sought-after Vic West neighbourhood, the Parc Residences Building is c...onveniently located adjacent to the Westside Village Shopping Centre, providing easy access to shopping just steps away. Additionally, the Songhees Walkway and Galloping Goose Trail are within close proximity, and Downtown Victoria is just a short drive away! The condo features beautiful hardwood floors, two sizeable private balconies with patio furniture and large windows offering scenic views. The open-concept layout includes a cozy living room with fireplace, a kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom includes a King-sized bed and offers delightful views to the south and west due to its corner position. The second bedroom has been converted into a versatile office or den space with a Murphy 4'6" wall bed. Additional amenities include a designated underground parking spot, Wi-Fi access, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Residents of the Parc Residences Building can also enjoy access to a modern, fully equipped gym as well as an amenity room which includes a pool table. Condo size is approximately 995 square feet. Important Notes: MINIMUM 90 NIGHTS required to rent effective May 1, 2024. CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. GUEST ACESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets which include a parking fob for the parking garage and an access fob for the lobby and elevator. GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'6” (1.98m) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit. BICYCLE STORAGE: Please note that this accommodation does not provide bicycle storage for guests bringing their own bicycles. Alternatively, guests can consider renting bicycles during their stay in Victoria. NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours. MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25. Additionally, please take note of the following: • Pets are not permitted. • Victoria Prime cannot guarantee the functionality of building amenities during your stay, as this is beyond our control. • Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building. • No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by Victoria Prime. To address this issue, several new buildings are being erected in the downtown area and elsewhere.
