IMPORTANT NOTE Dec. 28, 2024 - Beach & Tennis Club is currently under renovation of common areas and amenities. Amenities are currently not available including: community pool and hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball courts & grilling stations. Pool amenities are expected to be fully renovated and operational by mid-January 2025. Tennis and pickle ball courts will not be available until mid 2025. We will continuously update as new information is available. THE LAYOUT After making your way up the elevator to the fifth floor, you are welcomed with a delightful and freshly decorated beach décor. The loft-style layout provides a seamless flow between kitchen, living and sleeping area. Full kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, oven, range, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker & more. All your culinary needs are covered with our supply of dishware and cookware. Dining area offers seating for up to four people. Laundry facility located inside building (accepts debit/credit cards). After a gorgeous day at the beach (or skip the beach!), relax with a glass of wine or cold beer on the Northern facing screened-in balcony with plenty of comfortable seating. The king bed provides plenty of space and comfort. Effortly store all your luggage and clothing in the large walk-in closet. Full bathroom offers a combination shower/tub and single vanity. Stay connected and stream your favorite apps with high speed wifi internet. TV is located in the living room.
