A $400 fee will apply for violations. 🏡 Housekeeping Services – Our properties are professionally cleaned before arrival, but daily housekeeping is not included. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an additional fee. 🍽 Food & Storage Policy – Florida law prohibits storing open food in the unit. For hygiene reasons, condiments, spices, and coffee are not provided before check-in. 📦 Starter Supplies – Your villa includes a starter pack of essentials (trash bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and basic toiletries).
