Walk to the trendy East Nashville restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood, or take a cheap... Uber ride to the Music City Center. After a long day of work, come home and unwind with a glass of wine on your private balcony overlooking downtown Ideally located right in the middle of East Nashville and downtown sits your home away from home, a modern chic condo fully furnished and complete with everything you need for that extended stay. With a prime downtown skyline view, just steps from the area's best drinking and dining outposts, you'll feel like you've stepped into the shoes of a seasoned Nashville native. *30 Day Minimum* You'll have a thoughtfully designed pad to call your home, complete with mid-century inspired, industrial-chic décor; cool concrete floors; contemporary art; and a luxe, en suite bathroom. There's also a rooftop terrace and a fitness center if you need to let off some steam. As well as being a hub for up-and-coming culture, East Nashville is rich in history and has its fair share of natural beauty as well, thanks to its close proximity to Shelby Bottoms Park, a green space perfect for that morning or evening run, or a fun game of golf. Amenities: - Wi-Fi - Fitness Center-Paid for by Guest - Rooftop Terrace - Restaurant - Laundry (in unit) - Coffee maker - Fully set up kitchen - Linens and towels provided - One queen size bed - Private balcony overlooking downtown Guests have access to the entire space. This condo is on the third floor which can be accessed via elevator or stairs. There is a private garage for residents only. One garage parking spot provided. This is a 30 night minimum rental, we cannot accommodate less than 30 night stays. Rental terms must be 30 nights or more. IMPORTANT NOTE: Photo ID verification is required within 24 hours of the booking for a reservation to be considered valid. An email and text will be sent to the guest regarding Identity Verification upon booking. Guest has 24 hours to provide the identification required by the payment processor for the reservation to be validated. HOUSE RULES: *Check in must be arranged in advanced as guest may only check in during office hours. Standard check in is at 3 pm. *Office hours: 9 am to 5 pm weekdays and 10 am to 4 pm weekends. Please ask us about early check in or late checkout. We need to check if our cleaners are able to accommodate. If they are, it is a $55 charge. Please treat my home and things in it as if they were your own. If something breaks or if you stain a sheet or towel, let me know so I can get it taken care of for future guests. Please do NOT use the towels to remove your make-up or the linen clean-up will get charged to you. Use the provided make-up remover towels! If you leave behind any glitter or decorations, we will have to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee. All trash must be thrown away in a trash bag and tied properly and placed in the trash bin. Any loose trash will be charged for clean up. No smoking inside the house, please! If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin. There is a $500 charge if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found. Keep the noise level down especially after 10PM and respect my lovely neighbors. There is a $250 Disturbance fee if we get a noise complaint. For guest's safety, we do not allow any parties, drugs and, of course, illicit activities. We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders coming in. If emergency services (police, security) is called, there is a $250 Service fee. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. The listing shows the standard occupancy. Guests that are over and above are charged $10 per person per night, up to the maximum occupancy. Door locks: The doors lock behind you every time they close. Should you find yourself locked out during office hours, please go to the office for a spare key. Should you find yourself locked out after hours, please contact us. Should we need to send someone out, there is a $115 lockout service fee paid directly to maintenance. We are a small, locally owned company, and try to be available as much as possible, however, should you have to call a locksmith, please only call Arnold's Safe and Lock. They are the only locksmiths who can unlock these specific doors without causing damage. Booking guests must be minimum of 21 years old. All guests are required to sign a Resident information packet, which outlines HOA rules such as those above. Please provide email address upon booking. Locals will be reviewed thoroughly to ensure no parties are held, per standards. Please make sure your vehicle(s) and the place is properly locked up and any of your valuables are not left out to ensure the safety and security of all. We are not responsible for any loss in property.
