At just under 800 sq ft, this corner unit apartment's location is perfect for Vanderbilt ...medical staff and Vanderbilt university students! Enjoy Midtown living with bamboo flooring and abundant natural light, it is cozy and well-appointed. *Minimum 3 month rental* Includes: - Utilities (gas, water, electric and internet) included - In-unit washer/dryer - Pets allowed - Private balcony with a great tree-line street view - Gated garage w/ designated parking spot near stairs/elevator - Walk-in closet - Ceiling fan - Flat screen television IMPORTANT NOTE: Photo ID verification is required within 24 hours of the booking for a reservation to be considered valid. An email and text will be sent to the guest regarding Identity Verification upon booking. Guest has 24 hours to provide the identification required by the payment processor for the reservation to be validated. HOUSE RULES: Check-in: 3PM to 6 pm CST Checkout: 10AM CST Arrangements for key hand off and walk through will need to be made. Please ask us about early check in or late checkout. We need to check if our cleaners are able to accommodate. If they are, it is a $55 charge. Please treat my home and things in it as if they were your own. If something breaks or if you stain a sheet or towel, let me know so I can get it taken care of for future guests. Please do NOT use the towels to remove your make-up or the linen clean-up will get charged to you. Use the provided make-up remover towels! If you leave behind any glitter or decorations, we will have to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee. All trash must be thrown away in a trash bag and tied properly and placed in the trash bin. Any loose trash will be charged for clean up. No smoking inside the house, please! If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin. There is a $500 charge if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found. Keep the noise level down especially after 10PM and respect my lovely neighbors. There is a $250 Disturbance fee if we get a noise complaint. For guest's safety, we do NOT allow any parties, drugs and, of course, illicit activities. We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders coming in. If emergency services (police, security) is called, there is a $250 Service fee. When parking, please do not block the neighbors' driveway and if parking on the street, please follow the street parking rules. Pets allowed on a case by case basis. Cats are not allowed due to allergies. Please reach out before booking if you are bringing a pet. The initial pet fee is $350. There is also a mandatory monthly cleaning at expense of the guest. Unauthorized pets are charged at $100 per night, so please be sure to make arrangements prior to your stay. If pets are allowed, please make sure to pick up your pet litter, or extra cleaning charges will apply. The listing shows the standard occupancy. Guests that are over and above are charged $10 per person per night, up to the maximum occupancy. If you require us to come to the property as you are locked out, it is a $50 lockout service fee, plus the parts & labor to replace the key/door, if necessary. Please make sure your vehicle(s) and the place is properly locked up and any of your valuables are not left out to ensure the safety and security of all. We are not responsible for any loss in property.
