We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog - Please note that there are a total of 4 cameras. 3 in 140 and 1 in 115. - 4WD required in winter - Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors - Parking for 6 cars max. Street parking allowed Parking available on both sides of property and in front of home of 140. We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet and downstairs suite at one of the cabins) via keypad entry
