They can enjoy TV on their queen-sized bed and conveniently walk across the hall to access the full bathroom. And with the washer and dryer in-unit, you don't have to leave home to do laundry. The complex also boasts a hot tub with ocean views, secure garage parking, and a private elevator - all for your convenience. Additional guests are subject to a $50 fee each. No smoking in or around the home. Guests must agree to community rules and sign a guest registration form to provide the HOA. Park in designated areas only. Please note the only available parking for this home is street parking. There is a $50 convenience fee plus shipping to return items left behind by guests. Absolutely NO pets on furniture or beds. Pets are subject to an additional $150 fee. Do not flush anything other than waste and toilet paper in the toilets
