The "Coconut" unit is a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and living room that will comfortably sleep four people. Relax by the pool or walk over to the beach! Our outdoor area consists of multiple seating and lounge areas as well as a grill for the ultimate cookout with your group. Enjoy floating in the pool or grab some beach chairs and dig your toes in the sand. We are pet friendly we charge $125 per stay, we do ask that you please keep your furry friends off the furniture as it is very hard to clean, crate trained is preferred. We do have a washer and dryer available for this unit located behind unit 2 next to the pool should you need to do any laundry during your stay. access neighborhood I always suggest having a car in South Florida, although the beach is two blocks away getting ubers tends to not be the most economical choice. If you would like to go down to Miami or West Palm Beach it is always best to just have a car. If you are looking to stay local and get a nice sun tan then you can totally uber/walk/bike and have an awesome time. notes -Abide by our rental terms and conditions. -Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in. -Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
