ACCESS: - Located in the last (southernmost) yellow building on Shipwatch Circle. - Unit is on the floor “C” - Building does offer elevator access. - Once you exit the elevator, go down 5-8 steps to enter your unit. - Provide the name on your reservation & your unit to the security detail to gain gate access AMENITIES: - 2 Bedrooms - 2 FULL Bathrooms - 1 King - 2 Full beds - 1 Pull out sofa - Sleeps 6 - Central AC & Heating - High-speed Wi-Fi - Washer & Dryer - Linens & Towels Provided - Starter kit provided (toiletries, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, K-cups) - Private Balcony - Spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean - Direct beach access - Enjoy access to the Shipwatch seasonally heated community pool & grill area - Games, books, movies and beach equipment provided **PARKING LIMIT: During the week of the annual car show (1st weekend of March) and on the 4th of July, there is a limit of ONE vehicle per unit. Parking passes will be provided for these dates. All other times, parking is limited to 2 vehicles. ***CANCELLATION: If reservation is canceled with less than 30-day notice the entire 50% deposit is forfeited. No shows or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure. **This condo does not include access to the Omni Resort amenities, such as the hotel pool, tennis courts, or gym. *** Dogs considered for 30+ day rentals with a $250 pet fee. **** While this condo does have elevator access, there are 5-6 steps you will have to go up/down to access the unit once you get off the elevator. You can also take a guided walking tour to learn about the island's history.
