As you pull up to the villa you have parking in your spacious 2-car garage (no long walks from the car to your front door) and your guest have easy guest parking right across from your property. This home has all the latest features in the kitchen with solid granite counters, stainless steel appliances and natural woods. The living room and dining area are light and bright with vaulted ceilings, lots of windows faux fireplace, flat screen HDTV and a door to your covered, furnished patio. The downstairs area has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and the 3/4 bathroom with a shower. The master suite, upstairs and has a king bed, flat screen HDTV and a room walk in closet. The master bathroom has two sinks, a soaking tub and walk in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes." ~ No pets or large gatherings ~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed. ~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap. ~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock.
