This condo is located in a quiet, well kept community. The condo is located on the first floor, and is on one level, with no interior stairs. Beautifully renovated and upgraded! The inside is professionally decorated and looks brand new! Great open layout with space for dining and entertaining. The living room has a comfy faux leather sofa, clear coffee table and mustards colored sitting chair. There is a 65" Smart TV sitting above the mid-century modern entertainment center. The living room opens up to the patio which has a L-shaped outdoor sofa, coffee table and two sitting chairs with side table. The dining room is located to the left of the kitchen and has a white table with 6 chairs. The galley-style kitchen has stainless steel appliances, white cabinets and marble counter tops. There are 4 clear counter stools that sit at the kitchen breakfast bar. This provides additional sitting for breakfast or entertaining. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware. To the right of the kitchen is the laundry room which includes a stacked washer & dryer. There is a small area in the laundry room which has a desk, chair and printer. This is a perfect, tucked away space to get some work done from home. The master bedroom has a king sized upholstered bed. There is a side table and lamp on each side of the bed, along with a standing mirror and checkered sitting chair. On the wall is a mounted 55" Smart TV w/ Streaming. The bedroom has its own patio entry and the master bathroom and closet is attached. The master bathroom has a dual-vanity with white marble countertops, geometric backsplash, and slate blue cabinets. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with marble tile, rain fall shower head and mobile shower sprayer. The master closet has ample space for clothing and four shelves for folded clothing. To the right of the living room is the second bedroom. The second bedroom is set up with a bunk bed. The bunk bed is a twin over full set up, with an additional twin bed that pulls out from beneath it (trundle bed). There are two bed side stands with lamps next to the bunk bed, and a mounted 50" TV that sits across from it. There is an entrance to the second patio from this room. This room also has a walk-in closet with built in shelving. There are children's toys (boys) located in the closet. The guest bathroom is connected to the second bedroom and offers a single-sink marble vanity with white cabinets, and a tub & shower combo. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. ~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection ~ Utility caps apply. This 2 bedroom has a $150 utility allowance per 30 days ($5 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $150 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer. ~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance. ~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago. ~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. **Minimum stay is 30 nights**
