Spots are clearly designated. -In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). -San Diego Airport flight path runs adjacent to South Mission Bay. There is the potential for some airplane noise to be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it! -In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area. -Washer and Dryer are located in a locked shed inside the carport. -Spa Cleaning Vendor services the jacuzzi once a week.
