ROADS: This home is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions. WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS. Island Park Reservoir is also close by, only about a 30 minute drive (depending on traffic as well as where you want to cast from!) ~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Robins Roost, is about a 3 minute drive ~ PARKING: This home has a large driveway. We estimate a 24 ft trailer (unhooked) or 3 cars wide and 2 cars deep will fit. ~ SNOWMOBILING/ ATVs: Access to hundreds of miles of trails right from the front door ~ LOCATION: This home is pinpointed on the map.
