The master bedroom provides both a king bed and a twin bed, along with a private en-suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom features a comfortable full-size bed. There's also a full-size sleeper sofa in the guest bedroom, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, ready for anything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, and a cozy dining area to gather and enjoy meals together. The inviting living room opens up to a private balcony with serene views of Kingston Plantation's lush landscaping, creating an ideal spot to relax with your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach. As our guest, you'll have access to three outdoor pools—the Laurel Court pool, the Beach Club oceanfront pool, and the St. James Park pool, all at Kingston Plantation. With its comfortable layout, warm décor, and welcoming atmosphere, this condo combines the comforts of home with the ideal location for a memorable Myrtle Beach vacation. While guests do not have access to the Splash Water Park, spa, or fitness center (including tennis or pickleball courts), discounted one-day passes to Myrtle Waves Water Park are available for purchase from Saltwater Grande for May through August stays. Saltwater Grande utilizes an identity and fraud protection program to verify guest identity. Depending on the arrival date, this very simple verification process may be required before you receive access to the property. Should this be necessary for your reservation, you will receive an email notification with further instructions. Have peace of mind knowing every rental includes Accidental Damage Protection by RentalGuardian, covering you for up to $25,000 in accidental damages that may occur during your stay. Enjoy upgraded bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen hand towels! This property is in a quiet residential community. Disturbances that interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other guests or owners at the property will not be tolerated.
