CUSTOM:100% refundable if you cancel your booking at least 14 days before your check-in date. If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before your check-in, a 50% refund (minus the service fee) will be issued. If you cancel within 7 days of your check-in, no refund will be granted. If a lease agreement has been signed, this policy is not refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.
