If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before your check-in, a 50% refund (minus the service fee) will be issued. If you cancel within 7 days of your check-in, no refund will be granted. While we don't know exactly when the dredging will be in front of this home or for how long, when it is, guests can expect loud noise and 24-hour operations with lights at night. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are provided. PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.
