Conveniently located to locally owned shops and restaurants. A short drive to Fort Clinch State Park or to Historic Center Street for shopping and dining. One small dog under 40 pounds is permitted with a $250 non-refundable pet fee. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony. Boat and/or trailer parking is not permitted.
