Situated just a short walk from the base of Park City ...Mountain ski lifts, you'll also find yourself steps away from essential conveniences like grocery stores, banks, Starbucks, and top-tier sports shops like Jans and Coles, where you can rent or purchase skis, snowboards, and more. For your convenience, a free bus stop is just a few yards from the front door, providing easy access to downtown Main Street, Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and the entire Park City area—at no cost! Main Street, with its vibrant dining and shopping scene, is less than a mile away and easily walkable. Our condo is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and access to a heated pool and hot tub. The separate master bedroom offers a cozy retreat after a day of adventure. BEDDING -Master Bedroom: Queen Bed -Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper POINTS OF INTEREST - Park City Mountain Resort - 1 minute - Historic Main Street - 2 minutes - Deer Valley Ski Resort - 7 minutes - Canyons Ski Area - 8 minutes - Kimball Junction - 12 minutes PARKING -You may bring two vehicles. During the winter you must drive a snow capable vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is 4WD or AWD, carry the correct chains and know how to use them (legal requirement), and plan your trip accordingly knowing this is a ski town and we can get 1-2 ft of snow within a 24 hour period. A driver who has experience driving in the snow is great as well. Must sign our rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48 hours of booking confirmation or forfeit your reservation.
