Work will occur Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with possible weekend work as needed. Saltwater Grande utilizes an identity and fraud protection program to verify guest identity. Depending on the arrival date, this very simple verification process may be required before you receive access to the property. Should this be necessary for your reservation, you will receive an email notification with further instructions. Have peace of mind knowing every rental includes Accidental Damage Protection by RentalGuardian, covering you for up to $25,000 in accidental damages that may occur during your stay. Enjoy upgraded bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen hand towels! Departure cleaning is provided, as well as an Essentials Starter Pack, including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper in every bathroom, and a packet of dishwashing detergent. This property is in a quiet residential community. Disturbances that interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other guests or owners at the property will not be tolerated. Large gatherings and parties are not permitted. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts and mopeds are not permitted.
