Lakeside is a lovely community tucked behind gates and located centrally in north Naples, Florida. The accommodations and amenities at our home include seating for 6 indoors and 6 outdoors. Seating for 2 at the kitchen counter and 2 at the break...fast nook. ~ There is a 1 car garage with a driveway and there is a beach wagon, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella in the garage. Note **PETS NOT ALLOWED** This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have. This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. There is an additional $50 HOA application fee that is not included with this booking and is paid separately. There are sleeping accommodations to meet a variety of needs including a king bed, queen bed and 2 twin bunkbeds. Centrally located in north Naples, the closet beach is Vanderbilt beach which is less than 5 miles away.
