Our seasonal rental first floor coach home is located in The Colony at Hawksridge in Naples, Florida. This property comes with a 2 car attached garage, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a community center that features a heated pool and spa alo...ng with a clubhouse with an exercise room. Hawksridge has a mixture of coach homes and single family homes and there are many sidewalks throughout the community. space This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. This paperwork includes a credit and background check and there is an additional $150 per person or $150 per married couple application fee NOT INCLUDED and paid separate from this booking. This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property. It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 45 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.
