Welcome to your vacation rental home located in the peaceful neighborhood of Willoughby Acres in north Naples, Florida. The single family pool home has an extended screened lanai with a tiki bar, gas grill, pool and a extra large backyard with frui...ting trees and a huge Banyan tree providing tons of shade! The pool, which faces south, is a heated, salt water pool for your enjoyment. Your vacation home has 3 full bedrooms along with a den and 2 pull out sofas. space All bookings require the signing of a reservation agreement with Mike Z Rentals which will automatically be sent shortly after booking. The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions. This home is pet friendly and allows 2 non-shedding pets with no additional fees. The garage is not to be used for parking, it is set up as a "game room" This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property. It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. This is a self check in property.
