Coconut Hyatt, Coconut Point Mall, and pristine local beaches such as Bonita and Barefoot Beaches. This brand new construction home is ready for you to enjoy your vacation! space All bookings require the signing of a reservation agreement with Mike Z Rentals which will automatically be sent shortly after booking. The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions. The pool faces west. There are 5 TV's in the home and each one is a smart TV - there is no cable TV in the home. There is a 50 Amp, 4 pronged outlet in the left side of the garage that can connect to the charger for an EV vehicle. Guests will need to bring their adapter to plug in their vehicle. We are a PET FRIENDLY home with no additional charge for 2 non-shedding pets per reservation. This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property. It is best to have a vehicle with you as Bonita Springs is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available.
