Our brand new home was completed in 2023 and has never been on the short term rental market until now. Be amongst the first guests to enjoy our home. Located in a central Bonita Springs neighborhood, the home is just 3 miles away from Bonita Beach..., 2 miles from downtown Bonita Springs and a few minutes walk to the Sunshine Plaza which has multiple dining options. Our heated pool and spa home accommodates 8 guests and features abundant privacy with a 6' privacy fence surrounding the back yard. space The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions. This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager. Conveniently located less than a 30-minute drive from SWFL International Airport, this retreat recommends bringing or renting or bringing your own car for optimal exploration. This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 1 week prior to arrival.
