This unit is on the second floor and it does not have elevator access All bookings require the signing of a reservation agreement with Mike Z Rentals which will automatically be sent shortly after booking. This condo and the on site rental program is managed by SW Florida-based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a staff member available at the front desk from 7 am until 11 PM as well as a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all your needs while you are staying in this property.
