Escape to our delightful vacation rental condo in the Coral Falls neighborhood of Lely Resort. Nestled on the first floor, this inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers a comfortable and convenient stay. Conveniently located near Triangle Bl...vd. and Collier Blvd., Coral Falls provides easy access to amenities. You can even walk to Publix for your grocery needs. Take a leisurely stroll to the heated community pool and spa, where you can relax and unwind. space This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property. No commercial vehicles or trucks allowed in Coral Falls. This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 15 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have. The HOA process is done online by Tenant Eval. There is additional information it will need including notarized references, marriage license/certificate, SSN verification and more. There is an additional HOA lease application fee paid separate then this reservation and not included in the fees with your reservation. Currently the HOA has a $150 application fee. All fees subject to change and need to be verified by all guests It is best to have a vehicle with you as SWFL is a large area. This property is about a 45 min drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the Naples area. This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received. Sorry, no pets. This community has a 6 night (weekly minimums), no exceptions! This rental does NOT included access to the Players Club and Spa. All additional amenities including the use of on site restaurants, golf, etc are all paid in addition to any and all reservations and NOT INCLUDED WITH ANY RESERVATION AND PAID SEPARATELY.
