Our vacation rental home was constructed in 2021 and is located in the Bayshore Arts District, a trendy neighborhood that is pedestrian friendly as well as a quick and easy drive to downtown Naples. Being located on the east side of Naples bay, gue...sts can walk to the Bay View park to enjoy gorgeous long views of the bay and some of the surrounded water front homes and businesses as well as to the world famous Naples Botanical Garden. space All bookings require the signing of a reservation agreement with Mike Z Rentals which will automatically be sent shortly after booking. **PETS NOT ALLOWED** This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property. It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 45 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available.
