This seasonal rental condo is located in the Bayview Complex right off of 9th Ave South in downtown Naples. This lovely and completely refurbished beach chic rental was completely renovated and refurnished in late 2022. It is located in a very ped...estrian friendly location as guests can walk to the beach which is less then a mile away and to downtown Naples and multiple waterfront restaurants and fishing and sightseeing charters space **PETS NOT ALLOWED** This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property. It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is about a 45 minute drive from the condo This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There is an additional $100 application fee NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. This paperwork and reservation agreement will be automatically sent upon confirmation if booking. Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have. This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received. There is common, coin operated laundry at this complex - there is not a change machine on site. No Pets Per HOA policy. This unit received NO damage from Hurricane Ian in Sept. 2022.
