We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property. This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There is an additional $150 HOA application fee (subject to change) that is NOT included with this booking and is paid SEPARATELY Please allow 30 days for processing. This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received. The unit is accessed from the common elevator located in the lobby of the building and that will get you up to the first floor. The building has a lobby that is locked, Mike Z Rentals will get you a key to enter the building and unit. This complex is also behind a non guarded gate. Only fully paid reservations with previous HOA approval will be allowed to enter. There is an additional $100 HOA application fee that is NOT included with this booking and is paid SEPARATELY.
