Our luxurious first floor coach home is designer furnished and includes a high end kitchen and posh bed rooms. space ~ A king bed in the main bedroom including a sprawling en suite bathroom ~ A king bed in the second bedroom and this bedroom is just down the hall from the second full sized bathroom ~ The den contains a trundle bed that is perfect for your over night guests, especially kids or grandkids ~ The kitchen has high end, perfectly clean stainless steel appliances along with quartz counters and white cabinetry. ~ Wide plank flooring is consistent throughout the entire floor plan ~ A half bath is conveniently located just off the living room ~ There is a full sized laundry room located between the two bedrooms ~ All furnishings are brand new in 2024 ~ A 1 car garage is included with the rental ~ A lovely outdoor screened and covered lanai and is completely private Important Details $150 application fee, $50 background check fee per person occupying the home per US resident or $100 per Canadian persons background check fee. Please allow 30 days for processing.
